Just wanted to note that the current versions of Aperture2Gmail and iPhoto2Gmail do not yet "know about" the newly increased limit and will not let you send out messages larger than 10MB. I'll address this in an update for both plugins soon...
Update -- as of v 0.7 iPhoto2Gmail lets you send up to 20MBs

iPhoto 5: choose Export from the Share menu.
iPhoto 6 and Later: choose Export from the File Menu.
Aperture: Right Click, choose Export, then Aperture2Gmail
